Personal data processed
When you submit the contact form on this website, Tarhund processes the following categories of personal data: identity data (name), contact data (email address, company name), and communication content (the message you submit, including any information you choose to include in it).
Purpose of processing
The personal data above is processed solely for the purpose of (a) responding to your enquiry, (b) conducting any follow-up business communication directly related to your enquiry, and (c) maintaining a record of business correspondence as required by applicable law.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) given through the consent checkbox on the contact form. Where applicable, processing may also be based on the legitimate interests of Tarhund in conducting business communication (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Recipients of the data
Personal data submitted through the contact form is received and stored on the form-submission platform (Formspree, Inc.) acting as a data processor on behalf of Tarhund, and is forwarded to authorised Tarhund personnel for the purpose stated above. Data is not shared with third parties beyond what is required to operate the contact form and to respond to the enquiry. Data is not transferred outside Turkey except to the extent inherent in the use of the form-submission platform, which is hosted in [region to be confirmed].

Retention period
